Paint Exterior of House and Garage

Paint wood siding, wood windows and the concrete foundation. A week before the painting started, the house and garage were power washed. This cleaned the surfaces as well as got rid of any really loose flaking paint. After pressure washing, the house was left to dry. We began by prepping. Any peeling areas were scraped, sanded and spot primed with a tinted primer to ensure better coverage with such a dark colour. The foundation was scrubbed with a wire brush to get rid of any peeling paint.

Started by painting the siding, cutting and rolling. We worked from the top left to the bottom right. We rolled the siding horizontally. After the siding was done, we cut and rolled two coats on the wood window frame and the pardging. Top quality Dulux Diamond paint in a Satin sheen was used for the siding and the foundation. Dulux Diamond semi-gloss was used for the window frame. All areas received two coats of paint.

The job was completed on consecutive weekdays. Walk around was completed at the end of the job to ensure client satisfaction.
